Hi, I’m Heather, it’s nice to meet you. I imagine you’ve been struggling for awhile now and finally made the step in finding someone to talk to, I’m so glad you’re here! The therapeutic relationship is very important to me so we often move through our sessions with ease making it feel more like a conversation. I’m empathetic and honest, I will ask about your weekend or about that book you’ve been meaning to read. I often utilize humor, and I even have a potty mouth sometimes. And no worries about finding a sitter, you are welcome to bring your baby along. I believe in teamwork so you better believe we will work together to find balance in your new life! I’m a wife and a mom to a little boy. I enjoy HOT coffee (I know you know what I’m talking about!), reading, traveling, and running. I dislike tomatoes and rude people.

Therapy is an investment. The most empowering thing you can do is participate in your own wellness and there is no better time to invest in yourself than right now. It’s time to say “YES” to you! Please note I do not accept insurance at this time.
– Individual sessions $125 per 50 minute session
